Site cleaning stages and soil removal.
Slab Backfill
To be carried out after the slab is poured and before the frame or timber is delivered.
- Levelling of soil from around site where access and contours are available and grade soil away from slab.
- Spread soil around site (up to 10m3) then stock pile the rest on site.
- Notify if there is any leftover soil to be removed.
- Supply and spread 10m of crushed rock to the perimeter of the Slab and in the driveway
- Ensure that we don’t cover the aggie drains with any dirt etc.
- Assist with vapor barrier, it is the concreters responsibility to ensure they have vapor barrier in place and it is to be pulled up around the perimeter of the slab with weights on top to hold it there.
- Removal of concrete over pour.
- All steel reinforcement (reo) bars & mesh are to be cut up and placed in bin by concreter
- Placing of all loose rubbish in bin.
- Sweep off house slab from any materials from our works.
- Sweep off footpaths, cross-overs and roads from our works.
Roof Stage Clean
To be carried out after the roof is completed to remove any broken tiles.
- All masonry waste removed from site
- All frame timber placed in site bin
- Sweep off footpaths, cross-overs and roads from our works
Pre Scaffold (Double Storey Only)
To be carried out after the first story of bricks are completed to remove any broken brick waste.
- Removal of the broken brick waste (needs to be positioned in an area accessible to machinery)
- Removal of roof tile rubbish (needs to be positioned in an area accessible to machinery)
- Placing of all loose rubbish in site bin
Lock Up Stage
To be carried out after all brickwork has been completed and scaffold removed if applicable.
- Removal of all brick, tile and concrete waste materials from site
- If full packs of bricks need to be removed, this needs to be noted and emailed before attending site by the site supervisor
- Any leftover sand is pushed out and spread in the driveway. Please Note: Sand is not removed from site.
- Placing of all loose rubbish in site bin
Loose Plaster Removal - Optional: (Additional charges applicable, please refer to PO Template)
To be carried out after the plaster has been completed
- Removal of excess plaster pile
- Only plaster is to be removed at this stage. All plaster must be neatly piled at the front of the property which is accessible at the front of the driveway. Any plaster not stockpiled at the front will incur an additional labour fee.
Final Clean
To be carried out after site fences and toilet is removed prior to the booking of the Certificate of Occupancy
- Placing of all loose rubbish in site bin.
- It is the responsibility of all trades to ensure that all waste is placed in the bin provided and not left in the garage, We do not empty the garages.
- Any leftover bricks, roof tiles, floor tiles, render buckets and paint ect, which are to be kept are to be placed in the garage which is the responsibility of the builder to liaise with the relevant trades
- Ensure rebates are backfilled around site falling away from the dwelling at min 50mm over a meter
- Ensure access steps to entry points are no more than 150mm step down
Cage Removal
To be carried out on day of appliances being installed
- Pricing is for a standard house site clean. It does not include waffle pods, demo waste, tree roots & stumps, landscaping rubbish, fencing, grass & biological waste, etc. Additional charges may apply for removal of these or other prohibited items. Please refer to the prohibited list.
- Clear access must be given to site at all times. This includes traffic management when applicable. Any traffic management costs to be paid by the builder. Where access isn't sufficient through no fault of Jumbocorp, a drive away fee may be applicable.
